The RIAL light metal rims are produced in Europe on a surface or more than 38,000 m². Ultra-modern smelting furnaces, efficient casting machines, the "high tech" CNC processing centres and the X-ray test of each wheel guarantees the high quality level.
Chrome free pre-treatment of all wheels, paints with a water basis without solvents as well as acrylic clear paint, powder coated in a laying process, fulfil the standards of the automobile industry. In addition RIAL® ensures maximum environmental soundness.
Rial produces all light metal rims according to the highest standards of the automobile industry taking into consideration the quality management ISO 9001:2000 and ISO TS 16949. In doing so, all requirements of the German TUV, Kraftfahrtbundesamt (KBA) as well as other European and international testing institutes are clearly surpassed.
