Electric heating - heating from the core outwards for uniform temperature then Oil hardening and again

electric tempering - EXACT SAME PROCESS as used on the ultimate - HIGHLY STRESSED GUN BARRELS !

Springs are then Shot peened to stress relieve then fully Scragged and Rated.
